Otte Golf Center Junior Clinics

Dates:  July 11 - July 15 & July 18 - July 22 (30 Kids max per session)

Time: 9 am - Noon (Monday - Thursday) & 1pm Friday (Championship)

Cost:  $100.00 per child

Otte Golf Center Junior League

Otte Golf Center Junior League is for children ages 9 - 14 and all skill levels.  Otte Junior League allows kids the opportunity to play golf with heir friends and gives them a chance to make new friendships through the game of golf.  We will learn rules, etiquette, stroke play, match play, scrambles and many other fun games and contests.  There will be a short game contest and short game instruction session at the end of each week.  The league will conclude with an ice cream party and award ceremony.  Come join us in the fun and bring your friends!

Ages:

9 - 14 years old

Dates:

Friday mornings - Leagu begins June 3rd and ends August 5th

Cost:

$12 per child per week - includes range balls to warm up with and a hotdog, chips and soda each week.  What a great value!

Weather is finally breaking!

Thank goodness the weather is finally turning.  It is suppose to be near 70 tomorrow here in Indiana.  Warm weather, St. Paddy's day and the start to March Madness.  Can it get any better?  My facebook page more than DOUBLED its fans today!  Woo Hoo!!  You can "like" me at www.facebook.com/talkgolfindiana . My First Post

So, this is my first "blog" post.  Just a few short years ago, I hadn't even heard the term "blog" and now I have this site, a Facebook page, a Twitter account, Picasa and Youtube! I am very passionate about golf in general but junior golf in particular. I have a 10 year old daughter that really likes to spend time with Dad and she has interest in the LPGA, but there is very little promotion of the women's game nationally let alone here in Indiana!

I am hoping to change that.  I am trying to partner with a few golf courses that share my passion and help raise the level of junior golf here in Indiana.  Who knows, if this takes off like I envision, maybe we can replicate it through out the US!
